The Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) is open from Monday-Friday. To gain access to the SORC area after hors on Monday -Friday you can obtain the door code from the Student Organizations Office. Organizations needing access to the SORC area on weekends may request a key to the Smithgall Student Services Building. Key requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a key is granted, the organizations president must sign a Key Responsibility Clause Form and pay a $50 deposit. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned.

• Office Space: Allocation Process begins Spring Semester for the Following Academic Year
• Mailboxes:Chartered organizations, except some sports clubs, can have a mailbox located in the SORC area. Sports clubs receive mail in the Campus Recreation Office located in SAC. Most departmental professional organizations receive mail in the department they represent. Please contact the department before having your mail sent to their address.
