 Cases with sanctions less than suspension/expulsion

Any person may file a complaint against a student for violation of the Student Code of Conduct. The complaint should be sent to an OSI staff member via email.  See the OSI staff member page for current contact information.  The complaint should be submitted as soon as possible after the event takes place or when it is reasonably discovered, no later than thirty (30) business days following the discovery of the incident. In extraordinary circumstances, OSI may waive this timeline.

Complaints are also generated from various departments and offices.  These departments include but are not limited to: Georgia Tech Police Department, Office of Information Technology, Housing Department, and the Office of Parking and Transportation.
