Some graduate/professional schools require students to have Dean's Certification Forms filled out by an official at their undergraduate institution. At Georgia Tech, these forms are filled out at the Registrar's Office. The Registrar's Office will contact the Dean of Students' Office (Office of Student Integrity via email) to obtain information needed to complete the forms. Students are encouraged to take their Dean's Certification forms to the Registrar's Office in Tech Tower.
