The policies and procedures of the Institute, as they are applied to student conduct, reside in the Office of the Dean of Students. In addition to the Honor Code and Student Code of Conduct, the Institute has established specific policies and procedures to address specific needs and behaviors. As “a friend of the student”, the dean’s office expects the best of our students, and is committed to the long-term best interest and success of all students. Good friends will confront behavior that has the potential to harm. These policies and procedures are established and implemented with for the purpose of protecting our friends – the students and maintaining the reason they chose to attend Tech – an excellent academic environment.
